Rotorua Racing Club recently enjoyed a trans-Tasman catch-up with friends at sister club, Wyong Race Club in Australia.
Representing Rotorua Racing Club on the visit were Andrew Bryant, John Hingston, Owen Nickel, John Macmillan, John Ruland, Richard Anaru and Blair Fraser.
The visit provided a valuable opportunity to spend time with the Wyong team, hear more about their plans for the future and see the club in action firsthand, while continuing to strengthen the relationship between the two clubs.
The sister club connection provides a great opportunity to share ideas and experiences across the Tasman, while building relationships between two clubs.
A huge thank you goes to everyone at Wyong Race Club for their generous hospitality and the warm welcome extended throughout the visit.
Rotorua Racing Club has now returned the invitation, with the Wyong team invited across the Tasman to experience Campbell Infrastructure Rotorua Cup Day at Arawa Park in May 2027.
